All that is on the earth is doomed to perish, 26 And there will remain the countenance of thine Lord, Owner of Majesty and Beneficence. 27 Which then of the bounties of your Lord will you deny? 28 All in the heavens and the earth entreat Him for their needs; a new, mighty task engages Him each day. 29 Which, then, of the benefits of your Lord will ye twain belie? 30 Soon We shall attend to you -- two big groups [of jinn and mankind]. 31 (We shall then see), which of the favours of your Lord will you twain – you men and jinn – then deny? 32 O company of jinn and men, if you have the power to go beyond the bounds of the heavens and the earth, go beyond them! Yet you will be unable to go beyond them for that requires infinite power. 33 Which of your Lord's wonders would you deny? 34 The flames of fire and smoke will be sent on you two, then you will not be able to defend yourselves. 35 How many favours of your Lord will then both of you deny? 36 And when heaven is split asunder, and turns crimson like red leather -- 37 So O men and jinns! Which favour of your Lord will you deny? 38 on that day none shall be questioned about his sin, neither man nor jinn. 39 Which then of the bounties of your Lord will you deny? 40 The criminals will be known by their marks, and they will be seized by the forelocks and the feet. 41 Which, then, of your Sustainer's powers can you disavow? 42 This is Gehenna (Hell) which the sinners belied, 43 between it and [their own] burning-hot despair will they wander to and fro! 44 Which, then, of your Sustainer's powers can you disavow? 45
