۞ O men, it is you who stand in need of God. As for God, He is above all need, worthy of praise. 15 If He wishes, He can remove you and put in your place a new creation. 16 That surely is not difficult for Allah. 17 No burden-bearer shall bear another's burden, and if some over-laden soul should call out for someone else to carry his load, not the least portion of it will be borne for him, even though he were a near relative. You can only warn those who fear their Lord in the unseen, and pray regularly. Anyone who purifies himself will benefit greatly from doing so. To God all shall return. 18 The blind and the sighted are not equal, 19 Nor darkness and light, 20 Nor are the (chilly) shade and the (genial) heat of the sun: 21 nor are the living and the dead alike. Allah makes to hear whomsoever He wishes, but you, (O Prophet), cannot cause to hear those who are in their graves. 22 You (Prophet Muhammad) are but a warner. 23 We have sent you with the truth, a bearer of glad tidings and warning, for there is no nation, that has not had a warner pass away in it. 24 If they reject you, (know that) others who lived before them had also rejected their Messengers, Messengers who had brought them miracles, scriptures, and the enlightening Book 25 then I seized the unbelievers, and how was My horror! 26
