Al-Waaqe'ah 3 of 3
۞ NAY, I call to witness the coming-down in parts [of this Qur'an] 75 And lo! that verily is a tremendous oath, if ye but knew - 76 that this is an honorable Quran 77 In Book well-guarded, 78 none but the purified shall touch, 79 A Revelation (this Quran) from the Lord of the 'Alamin (mankind, jinns and all that exists). 80 Is it this Statement that ye scorn, 81 and make it your daily bread [as it were] to call the truth a lie? 82 Why, then, when (the soul) cometh up to the throat (of the dying) 83 And you wait for the moment (of death), 84 We are closer to him than you, but you cannot see. 85 why, then, if you are not subject to Our command, 86 Bring back the soul (to its body), if you are truthful? 87 Then if he be of the broughtnigh. 88 There will be peace and plenty, and gardens of tranquility for him. 89 And if he is of those on the right, – 90 Then: peace unto thee, for thou art of those on the right hand. 91 And if he be of the beliers, the erring, 92 there shall be a hospitality of boiling water 93 And roasting in a Blaze. 94 Most surely this is a certain truth. 95 So exalt the name of your Lord, the Most Great. 96
Allah Almighty has spoken the truth.

When reading the Colorful Quran in English transliterated Arabic mode, you may not notice that there is an algorithm designed to match the pause requirements of the original Arabic scripture, (waqf signs). As you may know, the original Arabic Quran has five main types of pauses, (waqf) signs. (1) Compulsory break, where the transliteration uses a full stop. (2) Optional pause with the preference for pausing, where the transliteration uses a comma that may appear with a probability of two thirds. (3) Optional stop with an equal preference for pausing and resuming, where the transliteration uses a comma that may appear with a half-half probability. (4) Optional pause with the preference for resuming, where the transliteration uses a comma that may appear with a chance of one third. (5) Attraction pause, also called hugging, or (mu’anaka) sign, where it is compulsory to pause at either one of two nearby positions, but not both; where the transliteration inserts a comma at either one of the two locations with a half-half probability.
