Hoarding (Al-Takaathur)
In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful
The mutual rivalry for piling up (the good things of this world) diverts you (from the more serious things), 1 Till you reach the grave. 2 Nay, but ye will come to know! 3 Again lo! presently ye shall know. 4 Nay, were ye to know with certainty of mind, (ye would beware!) 5 Verily, You shall see the blazing Fire (Hell)! 6 In the end you will indeed, most surely, behold it with the eye of certainty: 7 Then, on that day, ye will be asked concerning pleasure. 8
