Do you not see that We have sent the devils upon the disbelievers, inciting them to [evil] with [constant] incitement? 83 So make no haste against them; We only count out to them a (limited) number (of the days of the life of this world and delay their term so that they may increase in evil and sins). 84 The Day We shall gather the Muttaqun (pious - see V. 2:2) unto the Most Beneficent (Allah), like a delegate (presented before a king for honour). 85 and drive the evildoers into Gehenna herding, 86 None shall have the power of intercession, but such a one as has received permission (or promise) from the Most Beneficent (Allah). 87 They say: "God has begotten a son." 88 Assuredly ye have brought a thing monstrous. 89 Which would cleave the skies asunder, rend the earth, and split the mountains, 90 because they ascribe a son to the Gracious One. 91 And it behoveth not the Compassionate that he should take a son. 92 Not one of the beings in the heavens and the earth but must come to (Allah) Most Gracious as a servant. 93 He has counted them and exactly numbered all; 94 And each one of them will come before Him on the Day of Resurrection, alone. 95 To the righteously striving believers God will grant love. 96 and only to this end have We made this [divine writ] easy to understand, in thine own tongue, [O Prophet,] so that thou might convey thereby a glad tiding to the God-conscious, and warn thereby those who are given to [futile] contention: 97 And how many a generation before them have We destroyed! Can you (O Muhammad SAW) find a single one of them or hear even a whisper of them? 98
