Blest be He Who hath placed big stars in the heaven, and hath placed therein a lamp and a moon enlightening. 61 And it is He who made the night and day a succession for whom He desires to remember or He desires to be thankful. 62 The (faithful) slaves of the Beneficent are they who walk upon the earth modestly, and when the foolish ones address them answer: Peace; 63 Those who spend the night in adoration of their Lord prostrate and standing; 64 who pray, "Our Lord, save us from the torment of Hell, for its torment is killing: 65 Indeed it is a most wretched abode. 66 who, when they expend, are neither prodigal nor parsimonious, but between that is a just stand; 67 those who never invoke any other deity besides God, nor take a life which God has made sacred, except with the right to do so, nor commit adultery. Anyone who does that shall face punishment: 68 (But) the Penalty on the Day of Judgment will be doubled to him, and he will dwell therein in ignominy,- 69 Except one who repents and accepts faith and does good deeds – so Allah will turn their evil deeds into virtues; and Allah is Oft Forgiving, Most Merciful. 70 and whosoever repents, and does righteousness, he truly turns to God in repentance. 71 And those who bear not false witness and, when they pass by idle talk, pass by with dignity; 72 Who, when reminded of their Lord's revelations, do not fall for them like the deaf and blind; 73 who say, "Lord, grant us joy in our wives and children and make us a model for the righteous." 74 They will be awarded the high place forasmuch as they were steadfast, and they will meet therein with welcome and the ward of peace, 75 Abiding there for ever. Happy is it as abode and station! 76 Say: "My Lord is not concerned on your account if you do not pray to Him. You have surely done with denying; soon will come the inevitable judgement. 77
