۞ And We revealed unto Musa saying: go by night with My bondmen verily ye shall be pursued. 52 Then Pharaoh sent heralds to (all) the Cities, 53 [And said], "Indeed, those are but a small band, 54 And most surely they have enraged us; 55 But we are a fully accounted army." 56 Thus did We take them away from gardens and watersprings, 57 And treasures and goodly dwellings, 58 Thus it was; and We made the children of Israel possess them. 59 So they pursued them at sunrise. 60 And when the two companies saw one another, the companions of Moses said, "Indeed, we are to be overtaken!" 61 He replied: Nay indeed! My Sustainer is with me, [and] He will guide me!" 62 Then We bade Moses strike the sea with his staff. And it parted, and each part was like a huge mountain. 63 And there We brought the others on, 64 and We saved Moses and all who were with him, 65 then We drowned the others. 66 Verily in this is a Sign: but most of them do not believe. 67 Verily your Lord is Immensely Mighty, Ever Compassionate. 68
