The Galloppers (Al-Aadeyaat)
11 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Afternoon (Al-'Asr) before Bounty (Al-Kawthar)
In the Name of God, the Merciful, the Compassionate
By the chargers panting, 1 Then those striking sparks of fire, 2 And scouring to the raid at dawn 3 So thereupon raising dust. 4 And cleaving their way therein into the host, 5 The human being is certainly ungrateful to his Lord. 6 And is himself witness to it, 7 And violent is he in his love of wealth. 8 ۞ So does he not know? When those in the graves are raised, 9 And what is in the breasts is made apparent? 10 surely on that day their Lord shall be aware of them! 11
Allah the Almighty always says the truth.
