۞ And We inspired to Moses, "Travel by night with My servants; indeed, you will be pursued." 52 Then Pharaoh sent heralds to (all) the Cities, 53 (Saying): "Verily! These indeed are but a small band. 54 “And indeed they have angered all of us.” 55 “And indeed we are an alert army.” 56 We therefore got them out from the gardens and water springs. 57 and their treasures and excellent dwellings. 58 and We made the Children of Israel inheritors of these bounties. 59 So they pursued them at sunrise. 60 So when the two hosts saw each other, the companions of Musa cried out: Most surely we are being overtaken. 61 Moses replied, "No, My Lord is with me, and He will guide me." 62 Then We revealed unto Musa, saying: smite thou the sea with thy staff. So it became separated, and each part was like unto a cliff mighty. 63 Then brought We near the others to that place. 64 and We delivered Moses and those with him all together; 65 and then We caused the others to drown. 66 Surely in that there is a sign; yet most of them do not believe: 67 truly, your Lord is the Mighty One, the Merciful. 68

قراءة القرآن مترجماً إلى الإنجليزية أو أية لغة أخرى أشبه بقراءة كتب التفسير من قراءة ترجمات حرفية.
Reading the Quran translated into English, or any other language, is more like reading books of interpretation than reading literal translations.
