۞ Then We revealed Our will to Moses, saying, "Set forth with My servants, in the night, for you will surely be pursued." 52 Then Pharaoh sent heralds to (all) the Cities, 53 [bidding them to call out his troops and to proclaim:] "Behold, these [children of Israel] are but a contemptible band; 54 And indeed, they are enraging us, 55 "But we are a multitude amply fore-warned." 56 Then We drave them forth from gardens and springs. 57 And treasures and goodly dwellings, 58 and We made the Children of Israel inheritors of these bounties. 59 And they overtook them at sunrise. 60 and when the two groups saw each other, Moses' companions said, "We are sure to be overtaken." 61 Moses replied: "By no means. My Lord is with me. He will show me the way." 62 So We sent the divine revelation to Moosa that, “Strike the sea with your staff”; thereupon the sea parted; so each part was like a huge mountain. 63 We also brought the other party close to the same spot, 64 And We saved Moses and those with him, every one; 65 Then drowned the others. 66 Surely, in that there is a sign; yet most of them do not believe. 67 Surely, your Lord is the Almighty, the Most Merciful. 68
