۞ No! I swear by the positions of the stars – 75 And most surely it is a very great oath if you only knew; 76 Indeed, it is a noble Qur'an 77 [conveyed unto man] in a well-guarded divine writ 78 Only they can reach it who are clean (of mind). 79 A revelation by the Lord of the worlds. 80 Would you, now, look down with disdain on a tiding like this, 81 Would you reject the sustenance that you receive rather than give thanks? 82 Then how is it that when the (dying) breath is withdrawn into the throat (and rattles), 83 the while you are helplessly watching that he is on the verge of death, 84 And We are nearer to it than you, but you do not see-- 85 So why is it not, that if you are not to be repaid, – 86 That you send it (not) back-- if you are truthful? 87 Then, if he be of those brought nigh the Throne, 88 (There is for him) rest and provision, and a Garden of delights (Paradise). 89 And if he (the dying person) be of those on the Right Hand, 90 Then (the greeting) "Peace be unto thee" from those on the right hand. 91 But if he (the dying person) be of the denying (of the Resurrection), the erring (away from the Right Path of Islamic Monotheism), 92 its dwelling will be boiling water 93 And burning in Hellfire 94 This is indeed the ultimate truth. 95 So glorify the name of your Lord, the Supreme. 96
