"Truly! The Muttaqun (pious and righteous persons - see V. 2:2) will be amidst Gardens and water-springs (Paradise). 45 They will be told: "Enter it in peace and security." 46 We shall remove all rancor from their hearts, and as brethren they shall recline on couches face to face. 47 no fatigue there shall smite them, neither shall they ever be driven forth from there. 48 ۞ (O Prophet), declare to My servants that I am indeed Ever Forgiving, Most Merciful. 49 And that indeed the punishment of Mine is a painful punishment. 50 Tell them about the guests of Abraham. 51 They entered to him and said: 'Peace' but he replied: 'We are afraid of you' 52 Said they: "Fear not! Behold, we bring thee the glad tiding of [the birth of] a son who will be endowed with deep knowledge." 53 He said: Do you give me good news (of a son) when old age has come upon me?-- Of what then do you give me good news! 54 They said: "We give thee glad tidings in truth: be not then in despair!" 55 He said: And who despairs of the mercy of his Lord but the erring ones? 56 He said, “And what is your next task, O the sent angels?” 57 They said: We have been sent unto a guilty folk, 58 Except the family of Lot; indeed, we will save them all 59 "Other than his wife who, it is decreed, will remain with those who will stay behind." 60
