Are ye the harder to create, or is the heaven that He built? 27 He hath raised the height thereof and perfected it. 28 And He made dark the night thereof, and He brought forth the morn thereof. 29 and thereafter spread out the earth, 30 He draweth out therefrom its moisture and its pasture; 31 And the mountains, He made them firm, 32 [all this] as a means of sustenance for you and your animals? 33 But when there comes the greatest catastrophe (i.e. the Day of Recompense, etc.), 34 The day on which man shall recollect what he strove after, 35 And Hell-Fire shall be placed in full view for (all) to see,- 36 So for one who rebelled, 37 And who chose the life of the world, 38 surely Hell shall be the refuge. 39 But unto him who shall have stood in fear of his Sustainer's Presence, and held back his inner self from base desires, 40 surely Paradise shall be the refuge. 41 They will question you about the Hour: 'When shall it be' 42 what have you to do with the mentioning of it? 43 Unto thy Lord is the final end of it. 44 You are only a warner to him who has a fear of it. 45 On the day when they see it, it will seem to them as though they had only lived in the world for a morning and an afternoon. 46
