The Poets (Alshu'araa')
In the name of Allah, the Merciful, the Compassionate
۞ Ta'. Sin. Mim. 1 THESE ARE MESSAGES of the divine writ, clear in itself and clearly showing the truth! 2 It may be thou frettest thy soul with grief, that they do not become Believers. 3 If We please, We should send down upon them a sign from the heaven so that their necks should stoop to it. 4 Whenever there comes to them any fresh warning from the Merciful, they always turn their backs on it: 5 They have indeed rejected (the Message): so they will know soon (enough) the truth of what they mocked at! 6 Observe they not the earth, how much We make to grow therein of every fruitful kind? 7 Most surely there is a sign in that, but most of them will not believe. 8 Verily Your Lord is Infinitely Mighty, Most Compassionate. 9
