The Arrangers (Al-Saaffaat)
182 verses, revealed in Mecca after Animals (Al-An 'aam) before Luqmaan (Luqmaan)
In the name of Allah, the Compassionate, the Merciful
By those who set the ranks in battle order 1 and the drivers driving, 2 By those (angels) who bring the Book and the Quran from Allah to mankind [Tafsir Ibn Kathir]. 3 that your Lord is the only Lord. 4 The Lord of the heavens and the earth and what is between them, and Lord of the easts. 5 Verily We! We have adorned the nearest heaven with an adornment: the stars. 6 And as protection against every rebellious devil 7 they listen not to the High Council, for they are pelted from every side, 8 Outcast, and theirs is a constant (or painful) torment. 9 Some of them who stealthily steal words from the heavens are pursued by a glistening flame. 10 So, ask those who deny the truth if it was harder to create them than all the other things We have created? We created them from sticky clay. 11 You marvel (at the wondrous creations of Allah) and they scoff at it, 12 And heed not when they are reminded, 13 When they are shown a sign, they scoff at it 14 and they say, 'This is nothing but manifest sorcery. 15 When we are dead and have become dust and bones, shall we then, forsooth, be raised (again)? 16 And also our forefathers? 17 Say: 'Yes, and in all lowliness.' 18 It shall be but one shout, lo! they shall be staring. 19 And will say, “O our misfortune!” It will be said to them, “This is the Day of Justice.” 20 This is the Day of Judgment which ye were wont to belie. 21

How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
