Charity (Al-Maa'oon)

7 verses, revealed in Mecca after Hoarding (Al-Takaathur) before The Disbelievers (Al-Kaaferoon)

In the name of Allah, most benevolent, ever-merciful

Have you considered him who calls the judgment a lie? 1 That is he who repelleth the orphan, 2 and feels no urge to feed the needy. 3 So woe to those that pray 4 Who are unmindful of their prayers, 5 who show off (his good deeds) 6 And withhold things of common use (from others). 7

God Almighty has spoken the truth.
