And when We substitute a verse in place of a verse - and Allah is most knowing of what He sends down - they say, "You, [O Muhammad], are but an inventor [of lies]." But most of them do not know. 101 You say: "It has been sent by divine grace from your Lord with truth to strengthen those who believe, and as guidance and good news for those who have submitted (to God)." 102 Surely We know well that they say about you: "It is only a human being who teaches him," (notwithstanding) that he whom they maliciously hint at is of foreign tongue, while this (Qur'an) is plain Arabic speech. 103 Those that believe not in the signs of God, God will not guide; there awaits them a painful chastisement. 104 They alone invent lies who do not believe in the words of God, and they are liars. 105 No one verbally denounces his faith in God - unless he is forced - but his heart is confident about his faith. But those whose breasts have become open to disbelief will be subject to the wrath of God and will suffer a great torment. 106 That is because they have chosen the life of the world rather than the Hereafter, and because Allah guideth not the disbelieving folk. 107 God has sealed their hearts, ears and eyes and they are not aware of it. 108 Truly it is they, they who in the life to come shall be the losers! 109 ۞ Surely, your Lord will be forgiving and merciful towards those who migrated after persecution and strove hard for the cause of God and remained steadfast. 110
