With power and skill did We construct the Firmament: for it is We Who create the vastness of pace. 47 We have spread out the earth, how well We have spread it out, 48 And of everything We have created pairs, that you may remember (the Grace of Allah). 49 Flee, therefore, to Allah. Surely I am a clear warner to you from Him; 50 And set not any other god along with Allah; lo! I am a plain warner unto you from Him. 51 Similarly, no messenger came to the Peoples before them, but they said (of him) in like manner, "A sorcerer, or one possessed"! 52 Have they handed this down to one another? They are certainly a people who exceed all bounds, 53 So turn thou from them; thou wilt not be reproached. 54 And warn, for warning profiteth believers. 55 I have not created jinn and mankind except to serve Me. 56 I seek not any provision from them, nor I desire that they should feed Me. 57 Verily Allah! He is the Provider, Owner of power, Firm. 58 And lo! for those who (now) do wrong there is an evil day like unto the evil day (which came for) their likes (of old); so let them not ask Me to hasten on (that day). 59 woe, then, to those who are bent on denying the truth, when the Day arrives which they have been promised. 60
