Therefore, remind. By the Favor of Allah, you are neither a soothsayer, nor mad. 29 Or do they say: "[He is but] a poet - let us wait what time will do unto him"? 30 Say, "Wait, for indeed I am, with you, among the waiters." 31 Does their reasoning prompt them to this, or they are a people rebellious? 32 Or do they say, "He has invented it himself"? Indeed, they are not willing to believe. 33 Let them then produce a recital like unto it (the Quran) if they are truthful. 34 Or were they created out of naught? Or are they the creators? 35 Or have they created the heavens and the earth? In fact they are certain of nothing. 36 Or do they have your Lord's treasures in their keeping? Or have absolute authority over them? 37 Or have they the means by which they listen? Then let their listener bring a clear authority. 38 Or has He only daughters and ye have sons? 39 Or is it that [they who reject thy message, O Muhammad, fear lest] thou ask of them a reward, so that they would be burdened with debt [if they should listen to thee]? 40 Or have they the unseen so that they write (it) down? 41 Or do they want to stage a deception? -- Then only those who do not believe will be the ones who will be tricked. 42 Or have they a god other than Allah? Exalted is Allah far above the things they associate with Him! 43 Even if they saw lumps falling from the sky they would say: 'A massed cloud' 44 Then let them be (O Muhammad), till they meet their day, in which they will be thunder-stricken, 45 A Day whereon their plotting will avail them not at all, nor will they be succoured. 46 For the harmdoers there is indeed, a punishment before that, but most of them do not know. 47 So wait patiently (O Muhammad SAW) for the Decision of your Lord, for verily, you are under Our Eyes, and glorify the Praises of your Lord when you get up from sleep. 48 And in the night, give Him glory too, and at the setting of the stars. 49
