The people of Noah also rejected the messengers. 105 When their brother Nuh said unto them: fear ye not? 106 “I am indeed a trustworthy Noble Messenger of Allah to you.” 107 be, then, conscious of God, and pay heed unto me! 108 “And I do not ask from you any fee for it; my reward is only upon the Lord Of The Creation.” 109 “Therefore fear Allah, and obey me.” 110 ۞ They said, "Should we believe you while you are followed by the lowest [class of people]?" 111 He said, "And what is my knowledge of what they used to do? 112 Their reckoning rests with none but my Sustainer: if you could but understand [this]! 113 It is not for me to repel those who choose to believe. 114 I am only a Prophet. 115 They said: If thou cease not, O Noah, thou wilt surely be among those stoned (to death). 116 He said, “My Lord, my people have denied me.” 117 so give true deliverance between me and them, and deliver me and the believers that are with me. 118 And so We saved him and those [who were] with him in the fully-laden ark, 119 and drowned the rest. 120 Verily in this is a Sign: but most of them do not believe. 121 Verily Your Lord is Immensely Mighty, Ever Compassionate. 122
