What aileth those who disbelieve, toward thee hastening. 36 On the right and on the left, in companies? 37 Does every one of them desire to enter the bountiful Paradise? 38 Never so. We have created them from what they know. 39 Now I do call to witness the Lord of all points in the East and the West that We can certainly- 40 to substitute a better than they; We shall not be outstripped. 41 So leave them to plunge in vain talk and play about, until they encounter that Day of theirs which they have been promised!- 42 the Day on which they will hastily come forth from their graves, as though they were hurrying on to the altars of their deities. 43 With lowered eyes, disgrace overcoming them; this is the day, which they had been promised. 44
