In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful
OH, the sudden calamity! 1 What is the event that terrifies the hearts? 2 And what will make you know what the striking (Hour) is? 3 [It will occur] on the Day when men will be like moths swarming in confusion, 4 The mountains like the tufts of carded wool. 5 Then, as for him whose scales are heavy (with good works), 6 shall have a blissful life; 7 And as for him whose measure of good deeds is light, 8 shall plunge in the womb of the Pit. 9 How will you comprehend what that is? 10 Raging Fire. 11
