The Forenoon (Al-Duhaa)
11 verses, revealed in Mecca after Dawn (Al-Fajr) before Cooling the Temper (Al-Sharrhh)
In the Name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful
By the bright forenoon, 1 and by the calm of night, 2 your Lord has not forsaken you (Prophet Muhammad), nor does He hate you. 3 And surely what comes after is better for you than that which has gone before. 4 And verily, your Lord will give you (all i.e. good) so that you shall be well-pleased. 5 Did He not find you an orphan and give [you] refuge? 6 Did He not find thee erring, and guide thee? 7 Did He not find you poor and enrich you? 8 Therefore, the orphan shalt thou never wrong, 9 Nor repulse the petitioner (unheard); 10 and proclaim the bounties of your Lord. 11
Almighty Allah's Truth.
