1/2 Hizb 54
< random >
۞ I swear by the setting of the stars 75 and, indeed, that is a most mighty oath, if you only knew -- 76 That it is a Recitation honourable. 77 Kept in a secure Book. 78 Which none can touch except the purified. 79 a revelation from the Sustainer of all the worlds! 80 Would you say that this statement is a lie? 81 You live by calling it a lie. 82 Why, then, when the soul leaps up to the throat of the dying 83 And you at the moment are looking on, 84 We are closer to him than you, but you cannot see. 85 Why then, if ye are not in bondage (unto Us), 86 Do ye not force it back, if ye are truthful? 87 Then if he is one of those drawn nigh (to Allah), 88 Then happiness and bounty and a garden of bliss. 89 If he is of those of the right hand, 90 it will be with the people of the right hand, living in peace and security. 91 But if he is one of those who rejected [the truth] and went astray, 92 The welcome will be boiling water 93 and a roasting in Hell. 94 Surely this is the truth of certainty. 95 Then praise your Lord, the most supreme. 96
True are the words of Allah the Almighty.
End of Surah: The Inevitable (Al-Waaqe'ah). Sent down in Mecca after T H (Taa Haa) before The Poets (Alshu'araa')

Notes and Instructions
قراءة القرآن مترجماً إلى الإنجليزية أو أية لغة أخرى أشبه بقراءة كتب التفسير من قراءة ترجمات حرفية.
Reading the Quran translated into English, or any other language, is more like reading books of interpretation than reading literal translations.
