Cooling the Temper (Al-Sharrhh)
8 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Forenoon (Al-Duhaa) before The Afternoon (Al-'Asr)
In the name of God, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful
۞ Did We not expand for you, [O Muhammad], your breast? 1 And We have taken off from thee thy burthen, 2 Which had broken your back? 3 have We not given you high renown? 4 So, verily, with every difficulty, there is relief: 5 Lo! with hardship goeth ease; 6 So, when you are free, strive hard, 7 and to your Lord turn [all] your attention. 8
Allah Almighty has spoken the truth.
