Destiny (Al-Qadr)
5 verses, revealed in Mecca after He Frowned ('Abasa) before The Sun (Al-Shams)
In the name of Allah, the Compassionate, the Merciful
Behold, We revealed this (Qur'an) on the Night of Power. 1 And what could make thee conceive what it is, that Night of Destiny? 2 The Night of Honor is better than a thousand months, 3 On this Night, the angels and the spirit descend by the permission of their Lord with His decree (to determine everyone's destiny). 4 It is all peace, until the rising of the dawn. 5
