And We verily gave grace unto Moses and Aaron, 114 And saved them and their people from the great distress, 115 And helped them, so they were victorious. 116 And We gave them both the Book that made (things) clear. 117 And guided them to the Straight Path. 118 And We left for them (a goodly remembrance) among generations (to come) in later times; 119 "Peace be upon Moses and Aaron!" 120 Thus indeed do We reward those who do right. 121 Lo! they are two of Our believing slaves. 122 Elias was certainly a Messenger. 123 When he said to his people: Do you not guard (against evil)? 124 Do you call on Baal, and abandon the Best of creators? 125 Allah, your Lord and the Lord of your fathers of yore? 126 In response they denied him, so they will surely be brought forth as captives. 127 Except the bondmen of Allah sincere. 128 And We left for him among the posterity: 129 Peace be on Elias. 130 It is thus indeed that We reward those who do good: 131 for he was truly one of Our believing servants! 132 Lot was also one of the messengers. 133 [So mention] when We saved him and his family, all, 134 Save an old woman among the lingerers. 135 Then We annihilated the others. 136 And lo! ye verily pass by (the ruin of) them in the morning 137 and at night.
