Dispatched (Al-Mursalaat)
50 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Backbiter (Al-Hummazah) before Q (Qaaf)
In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful
I swear by the emissary winds, sent one after another (for men's benefit), 1 by (the angels) as swift as blowing winds, 2 Which scatter clouds to their destined places, 3 separating one from another, 4 and then giving forth a reminder, 5 To complete the argument or to warn. 6 Surely what you are promised shall come to pass. 7 Thus, [it will come to pass] when the stars are effaced, 8 and when the sky is rent asunder, 9 And when the mountains are blown away; 10 and when all the apostles are called together at a time appointed... 11 For what Day are these (portents) deferred? 12 To the Day of Decision. 13 And what can make you know what is the Day of Judgement? 14 Woe on that Day to those who reject the truth. 15 Did We not destroy the ancients? 16 So shall We make the later ones to follow them. 17 [for] thus do We deal with such as are lost in sin. 18 Woe on that Day to those that give the lie to the Truth! 19 Did We not create you from an insignificant drop of fluid 20 We then kept it in a safe place. 21 For a certain appointed time, 22 We determined, how excellent a Determiner are We! 23 Woe that day unto those who cry it lies! 24 Have We not made the earth a receptacle. 25 for the living and the dead, 26 Set We not therein soaring mountains? Sated you with sweetest water? 27 Alas the woe that day for those who deny! 28 "Go to what you used to deny; 29 Depart unto the shadow three branched: 30 [But having] no cool shade and availing not against the flame." 31 it throws spits as (high as a huge) palace, 32 and yellow camels. 33 Woe, that Day, to the deniers. 34 This is the day on which they shall not speak, 35 nor be allowed to proffer excuses! 36 Woe on that Day to those that give the lie to the Truth! 37 That is the Day of Judgment. We will bring you together with all the ancient peoples. 38 if you have a trick, try you now to trick Me!' 39 Woe unto the repudiators on that day! 40

Notes and Instructions
قراءة القرآن مترجماً إلى الإنجليزية أو أية لغة أخرى أشبه بقراءة كتب التفسير من قراءة ترجمات حرفية.
Reading the Quran translated into English, or any other language, is more like reading books of interpretation than reading literal translations.
