The Rolling (Al-Takweer)
29 verses, revealed in Mecca after Thorns (Al-Masad) before The All High (Al-A'alaa)
In the name of Allah, Most Gracious, Most Merciful
When the sun is folded up, 1 when the stars shall be thrown down, 2 when the mountains shall be set moving, 3 And when milch camels roam abandoned. 4 And when the wild beasts shall be gathered together; 5 And when the seas are filled with flame 6 And when souls are reunited, 7 questions are asked about the baby girls buried alive, 8 such as, "For what crime were they murdered?" 9 And when the Writs shall be lain open, 10 And when the heaven shall be stripped, 11 When Hell is set ablaze, 12 And Paradise brought near, 13 (Then) every person will know what he has brought (of good and evil). 14 So, I call the receding stars to witness, 15 the planets that run their course and set, 16 and the night as it darkly falls, 17 And the morning when it brightens, 18 truly this is the word of a noble Messenger 19 Endued with Power, with rank before the Lord of the Throne, 20 obeyed by (all creatures) and faithful to His trust. 21 And your comrade is not mad. 22 Surely he beheld Him on the clear horizon. 23 And he is not avid of the Unseen. 24 Nor is it the word of a satan accursed. 25 Whither then will you go? 26 This is certainly the guidance for all (jinn and mankind). 27 For those of you who desire to walk the path that is straight, 28 But ye shall not will except as Allah wills,- the Cherisher of the Worlds. 29
Allah the Almighty always says the truth.

قراءة القرآن مترجماً إلى الإنجليزية أو أية لغة أخرى أشبه بقراءة كتب التفسير من قراءة ترجمات حرفية.
Reading the Quran translated into English, or any other language, is more like reading books of interpretation than reading literal translations.
