The Forenoon (Al-Duhaa)
11 verses, revealed in Mecca after Dawn (Al-Fajr) before Cooling the Temper (Al-Sharrhh)
In the Name of Allah, the Merciful, the Most Merciful
By the forenoon (after sun-rise); 1 And by the night when it is stillest, 2 Thy Lord has neither forsaken thee nor hates thee 3 and the Hereafter will indeed be better for you than the present life; 4 Your Lord will give you, and you will be satisfied. 5 Did He not find you an orphan and give you shelter? 6 Did He not find thee wandering and direct (thee)? 7 Did He not find thee needy, and suffice thee? 8 So as for the orphan, do not oppress [him]. 9 and do not chide the one who asks for help; 10 But tell of the favors of your Lord! 11
Allah Almighty has spoken the truth.
