The Shocker (Al-Qaare'ah)

In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful
Al-Qari'ah (the striking Hour i.e. the Day of Resurrection), 1 What is the Clatterer? 2 And what will explain to thee what the (Day) of Noise and Clamour is? 3 On that Day people shall become like scattered moths 4 And mountains will be like flying wool. 5 And then, he whose weight [of good deeds] is heavy in the balance 6 shall live in a life which is pleasing, 7 But as for him whose deeds are light on the scales, 8 shall be engulfed by an abyss. 9 What shall let you know what the Plunging is? 10 A burning fire. 11
True are the words of Allah the Almighty.
