The Backbiter (Al-Hummazah)

In the Name of God, the Merciful, the Compassionate
Woe to every slanderer, defamer, 1 who collects and hordes wealth, 2 thinking that his wealth will make him live forever. 3 Nay! he shall most certainly be hurled into the crushing disaster, 4 And what could make thee conceive what that crushing torment will be? 5 The fire of Allah, kindled, 6 to penetrate into the hearts. 7 Indeed it will be shut over them. 8 in columns outstretched. 9
True are the words of Allah the Almighty.
