We have set in heaven constellations and decked them out fair to the beholders, 16 We have protected them from every condemned devil, 17 But any that gains a hearing by stealth, is pursued by a flaming fire, bright (to see). 18 We have spread out the earth, fixed mountains thereupon and caused everything to grow to its proper weight 19 We have provided on it sustenance for you, and for those you cannot provide. 20 For, no single thing exists that does not have its source with Us; and nought do We bestow from on high unless it be in accordance with a measure well-defined. 21 And We send the winds fertilising, and cause water to descend from the sky, and give it you to drink. It is not ye who are the holders of the store thereof. 22 And indeed it is We Who give life and it is We Who cause death, and We are the Inheritors. 23 We know the ones of you who press forward, and We know the laggards; 24 and it is thy Lord shall muster them, and He is All-wise, All-knowing. 25
