۞ We sent a revelation to Moses telling him to leave with our servants during the night; they would be pursued (by the Pharaoh). 52 Then Fir'awn sent unto the cities callers: 53 "There is a small group of people 54 who have enraged us greatly. 55 And indeed, we are a cautious society... " 56 So We removed them from gardens and springs 57 and treasures and a noble station; 58 So it was; and We made the Descendants of Israel its inheritors. 59 So they pursued them at sunrise. 60 And when the two hosts saw each other, those with Moses said: Lo! we are indeed caught. 61 Musa said: by no means; verily with me is my Lord; He shall guide me. 62 We sent a revelation to Moses saying, "Strike the sea with your staff." The sea was rent asunder and each side stood high up like a huge mountain. 63 Then We brought near the others [Fir'aun's (Pharaoh) party] to that place. 64 We saved Moses and all the people with him 65 then, We drowned the others. 66 Surely there is a Sign in this, but most of them would not believe. 67 And verily thy Lord! He is the Mighty, the Merciful. 68
