But no; I swear by what you see, 38 And what you do not see, 39 [That] indeed, the Qur'an is the word of a noble Messenger. 40 It is not the word of a poet: little it is ye believe! 41 Nor is it the speech of a soothsayer; how little do you ponder! 42 A sending down from the Lord of all Being. 43 And if he had invented false sayings concerning Us, 44 We would have seized him by the right hand; 45 and would indeed have cut his life-vein, 46 None of you would be able to prevent Us from doing this to him. 47 Indeed, it is a Reminder to those who fear Allah, 48 And behold, well do We know that among you are such as will give the lie to it: 49 it will be a source of bitter regret for those who deny the truth -- 50 it is the indubitable truth. 51 Then magnify the Name of thy Lord, the All-mighty. 52
