Al-Haaqqah 2 of 2
But nay! I swear by all that ye see 38 and by that you do not see, 39 That this is verily the word of an honoured messenger; 40 It is not poet's speech - little is it that ye believe! 41 nor the speech of a soothsayer (little do you remember). 42 It is a revelation from the Lord of the Universe. 43 Had he attributed falsely any words to Us, 44 We would have seized him by the right hand 45 And We should certainly then cut off the artery of his heart: 46 And there is no one of you who could prevent [Us] from him. 47 And most surely it is a reminder for those who guard (against evil). 48 And lo! We know that some among you will deny (it). 49 it will be a source of bitter regret for those who deny the truth -- 50 But verily it is Truth of assured certainty. 51 Therefore-glorify the name of your Lord, the Great. 52
God the Almighty always says the truth.
