The people of Noah also rejected the messengers. 105 Behold, their brother Noah said to them: "Will ye not fear (Allah)? 106 I am for you an honest Messenger, 107 "So fear Allah, and obey me. 108 I ask no recompense of you for it. My reward is due from none but the Lord of all the worlds. 109 So fear Allah and obey me." 110 ۞ They said, "Should we believe in you when no one has followed you except the lowest ones". 111 He said: I have no knowledge of that which they have been Working. 112 If only you would realize, their account is with my Lord. 113 I will not drive away the believers. 114 I am naught but a plain warner. 115 They said: If thou cease not, O Noah, thou wilt surely be among those stoned (to death). 116 He said: 'My Lord, my nation have belied me. 117 So open between me and them an opening, and save me and the believers who are with me' 118 So We delivered him and those with him, in the Ark filled (with all creatures). 119 And drowned the rest of them. 120 Surely, in that there is a sign; yet most of them do not believe. 121 And verily thy Lord is He, the Exalted in Might, Most Merciful. 122
