Verily, the tree of Zaqqum, 43 is the food of the guilty, 44 Like the dregs of all! It shall seethe in the bellies: 45 As the seething of boiling water. 46 (It will be said of such sinners), "Seize them and drag them into the middle of hell. 47 Then pour upon his head the torment of boiling water. 48 Taste this, you are a person mighty and noble! 49 This is the torment that you persistently doubted". 50 But those mindful of God will be in a safe place, 51 Within gardens and springs, 52 Attired in silk and brocade, they shall be arrayed face to face. 53 Even so. And We shall pair them with fair damsels large-eyed. 54 They will call therein for every [kind of] fruit - safe and secure. 55 They shall not taste therein death except the first death, and He will save them from the punishment of the hell, 56 As a Bounty from thy Lord! that will be the supreme achievement! 57 Now We have made it easy by thy tongue, that haply they may remember. 58 So be watchful, they too are watching. 59
True are the words of God the Almighty.

قراءة القرآن مترجماً إلى الإنجليزية أو أية لغة أخرى أشبه بقراءة كتب التفسير من قراءة ترجمات حرفية.
Reading the Quran translated into English, or any other language, is more like reading books of interpretation than reading literal translations.
