The Cheaters (Al-Mutaffifeen)
36 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Spider (Al-Ankaboot) before The Heifer (Al-Baqarah)
In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful
Woe to those who give short measure, 1 who demand of other people full measure for themselves, 2 but when they measure or weigh for others, they reduce! 3 Do they not realize that they will be resurrected 4 On a grievous day, 5 A Day when (all) mankind will stand before the Lord of the Worlds? 6 Nay! Truly, the Record (writing of the deeds) of the Fujjar (disbelievers, sinners, evil-doers and wicked) is (preserved) in Sijjin. 7 And what could make thee conceive what that that mode inescapable will be? 8 It is a comprehensively written Book (of records). 9 Woe, that Day, to those who deny [(Allah, His Angels, His Books, His Messengers, the Day of Resurrection, and Al-Qadar (Divine Preordainments)]. 10 who belied the Day of Recompense! 11 Which none denieth save each criminal transgressor, 12 When Our communications are recited to him, he says: Stories of those of yore. 13 No! Their own deeds have cast a veil over their hearts. 14 Nay! Surely, they (evil-doers) will be veiled from seeing their Lord that Day. 15 They will suffer the heat of fire 16 Then, it will be said to them: "This is what you used to deny!" 17 Nay! Verily, the Record (writing of the deeds) of Al-Abrar (the pious who fear Allah and avoid evil), is (preserved) in 'Illiyyun. 18 Would that you knew what Illiyin is! 19 It is a (repository of) distinctly written record 20 Witnessed by those who are honoured. 21 Verily, Al-Abrar (the pious who fear Allah and avoid evil) will be in delight (Paradise). 22 Reclining on couches, looking on. 23 On their faces you will see the glow of beatitude. 24 They will be served the choicest wine, sealed 25 The sealing of it is (with) musk; and for that let the aspirers aspire. 26 It (that wine) will be mixed with Tasnim. 27 a fountain at which the chosen ones shall drink. 28 Verily! (During the worldly life) those who committed crimes used to laugh at those who believed. 29 And wink one to another when they passed them; 30 And when they returned to their own folk, they returned jesting; 31 and when they saw them, they said [scornfully], "These men have surely gone astray," 32 But they had not been sent as guardians over them. 33 On the Day of Judgment, the believers will laugh at the disbelievers 34 Reclining on couches, looking on. 35 Are not the disbelievers paid for what they used to do? 36
Almighty Allah's Truth.

Notes and Instructions
قراءة القرآن مترجماً إلى الإنجليزية أو أية لغة أخرى أشبه بقراءة كتب التفسير من قراءة ترجمات حرفية.
Reading the Quran translated into English, or any other language, is more like reading books of interpretation than reading literal translations.
Read the entire Holy Quran in full color. Pages diversely generate their colors and shapes so that the same scheme never repeats twice. The Quran is the conclusive Final Testament of the One and Only God for all people of all colors and shapes.
