O Ye who believe! seek help in patience and prayer; verily Allah is with the patient. 153 And call not those who are slain in the way of Allah "dead." Nay, they are living, only ye perceive not. 154 We will surely put you to trial by involving you in fear and hunger and by causing loss of property, life and earnings. And give good tidings to those who remain steadfast in these trials: 155 Who say, when afflicted with calamity: "To Allah We belong, and to Him is our return":- 156 Those are they on whom are blessings and mercy from their Lord, and those are the followers of the right course. 157 ۞ Behold! Safa and Marwa are among the Symbols of Allah. So if those who visit the House in the Season or at other times, should compass them round, it is no sin in them. And if any one obeyeth his own impulse to good,- be sure that Allah is He Who recogniseth and knoweth. 158 Surely those who conceal the clear proofs and the guidance that We revealed after We made it clear in the Book for men, these it is whom Allah shall curse, and those who curse shall curse them (too). 159 But from those who repent and mend their ways and make known the truth, I will certainly accept their repentance: I am the Ever Relenting, the Most Merciful. 160 Verily those who disbelieve, and die while they are infidels, these it is on whom shall be the curse of Allah and the angels and mankind all. 161 They ever dwell therein. The doom will not be lightened for them, neither will they be reprieved. 162 Your God is One God. There is no god except He. He is the Merciful, the Most Merciful. 163
