Al-Haaqqah 2 of 2
But nay! I swear by that which you see, 38 And all that ye see not 39 That it is indeed the speech of an illustrious messenger. 40 And not the word of a poet. How little is it that you believe! 41 Nor is it the word of a soothsayer (or a foreteller), little is that you remember! 42 It is a revelation sent down by the Sustainer of the Universe: 43 if he had invented any lies about Us, 44 We would have seized him by his right hand, 45 Then We would have cut from him the aorta. 46 And none of you could withhold Us from (punishing) him. 47 And indeed, the Qur'an is a reminder for the righteous. 48 We know that there are some among you who will belie. 49 But truly (Revelation) is a cause of sorrow for the Unbelievers. 50 And verily it is the truth of assured certainty. 51 So glorify the name of thy Lord Most High. 52
True are the words of God the Almighty.
