Surely, the cautious shall have Gardens of Bliss with their Lord. 34 or should We, perchance, treat those who surrender themselves unto Us as [We would treat] those who remain lost in sin? 35 What is [the matter] with you? How do you judge? 36 Have you a Scripture that tells you 37 surely in it you shall have whatever you choose! 38 Or you have oaths from Us, reaching to the Day of Resurrection that yours will be what you judge. 39 Ask them, who among them is a guarantor for it? 40 Or do they have associates? Then let them bring their associates, if they speak truly. 41 On the day when the Shin* will be exposed and they will be called to prostrate themselves, they will be unable. (Used as a metaphor) 42 Their eyes will be humbled, and humiliation shall spread over them for they were already ordered to prostrate themselves when they were undiminished. 43 Let Me alone with him who belieth this discourse; step by step We lead them on when they perceive not. 44 I shall respite them, My stratagem is firm. 45 Or is it that thou dost ask them for a reward, so that they are burdened with a load of debt?- 46 Do they possess the knowledge of the unseen which confirms the truthfulness of their belief? 47 But wait thou for thy Lord's decree, and be not like him of the fish, who cried out in despair. 48 Had not Grace from his Lord reached him, he would indeed have been cast off on the naked shore, in disgrace. 49 But his Lord exalted him, and included him among His righteous servants. 50 And those who disbelieve would almost smite you with their eyes when they hear the reminder, and they say: Most surely he is mad. 51 But it is nothing else than a Reminder to all the 'Alamin (mankind, jinns and all that exists). 52

عند قراءة القرآن الملون في وضعية اللغة العربية المرسومة بالأحرف الإنجليزية، قد لا تلاحظ وجود منظومة برمجية مصممة لمطابقة متطلبات علامات الوقف في النص العربي الأصلي. فكما تعلم، يحتوي القرآن على خمسة أنواع رئيسية من علامات الوقف. (1) وقف لازم، حيث يستخدم الرسم الإنجليزي نقطة وقف. (2) وقف جائز مع الوقف أولى، حيث يستخدم الرسم الإنجليزي فاصلة قد تظهر باحتمال الثلثين. (3) وقف جائز مع تساوي أولوية الوقف والوصل، حيث يستخدم الرسم الإنجليزي فاصلة قد تظهر باحتمال النصف للنصف. (4) وقف جائز مع الوصل أولى، حيث يستخدم الرسم الإنجليزي فاصلة قد تظهر باحتمال الثلث. When reading the Colorful Quran in English transliterated Arabic mode, you may not notice that there is an algorithm designed to match the pause requirements of the original Arabic scripture, (waqf signs). As you may know, the original Arabic Quran has five main types of pauses, (waqf) signs. (1) Compulsory break, where the transliteration uses a full stop. (2) Optional pause with the preference for pausing, where the transliteration uses a comma that may appear with a probability of two thirds. (3) Optional stop with an equal preference for pausing and resuming, where the transliteration uses a comma that may appear with a half-half probability. (4) Optional pause with the preference for resuming, where the transliteration uses a comma that may appear with a chance of one third. (5) Attraction pause, also called hugging, or (mu’anaka) sign, where it is compulsory to pause at either one of two nearby positions, but not both; where the transliteration inserts a comma at either one of the two locations with a half-half probability.
