۞ He who knows that the Book which has been sent to you from your Lord is the Truth, is he like him who is blind to that truth? It is only people of understanding who take heed: 19 Such as keep the pact of Allah, and break not the covenant; 20 and those who join together what God has commanded to be joined, and fear their Lord and dread the harshness of the reckoning; 21 Who persevere in seeking the way of their Lord, who fulfil their devotional obligations, and spend of what We have given them, secretly or openly, who repel evil with good: For them is the recompense of Paradise: 22 Gardens Everlasting; they shall enter them, and also whosoever shall have acted righteously from among their fathers and their spouses and their progeny. And angels shall enter unto them from every portal, saying: 23 "Peace be upon you for all that you have steadfastly endured. How excellent is the final abode!" 24 As for those who break the covenant of Allah after accepting it, who part what He has commanded to be united and worked corruption in the land, a curse shall be laid on them, and they shall have an evil abode. 25 Allah enlargeth the provision for whomsoever He willeth and, stinteth. And they exult in the life of the world, whereas the life of the world, by the side of the Hereafter, is only a Passing enjoyment. 26
