The Galaxies (Al-Burooj)
22 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Sun (Al-Shams) before The Fig (Al-Teen)
In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful
By the heaven with its impregnable castles; 1 And by oath of the Promised Day. 2 And the witness and the witnessed, 3 The companions of the pit were killed 4 the fire with its fuel, 5 As they sat around it 6 fully conscious of what they are doing to the believers, 7 And they ill-treated them for no other reason than that they believed in Allah, Exalted in Power, Worthy of all Praise!- 8 Him to Whom belongs the dominion of the heavens and the earth! And Allah is Witness to all things. 9 Those who persecute the believing men and believing women, and then do not repent, will surely suffer the punishment of Hell, and the torment of burning. 10 Verily, those who believe and do righteous good deeds, for them will be Gardens under which rivers flow (Paradise). That is the great success. 11 Truly strong is the Grip (and Power) of thy Lord. 12 Verily, He it is Who begins (punishment) and repeats (punishment in the Hereafter) (or originates the creation of everything, and then repeats it on the Day of Resurrection). 13 and He is the Ever Forgiving, the Most Loving 14 Lord of the Arsh, the Glorious, 15 Doer (without let) of all that He intends. 16 Have you not heard about the stories of the armies 17 Of the Fir'awn and the Thamud? 18 But those who disbelieve are engaged in denial. 19 Whereas Allah is, from behind them, Encompassing. 20 Nay! This is a Glorious Quran, 21 On a guarded tablet. 22

How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
