The Shocker (Al-Qaare'ah)

11 verses, revealed in Mecca after Quraish (Quraish) before Resurrection (Al-Qeyaamah)

In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful

THE STARTLING CALAMITY. 1 What is the (Day) of Noise and Clamour? 2 Would that you knew what the crash is! 3 It is the Day when people will be like moths, dispersed, 4 And the mountains shall be as loosened wool. 5 Then, he whose balance (of good deeds) will be (found) heavy, 6 He is therefore in the desired bliss. 7 But he whose balance (of good deeds) will be (found) light,- 8 He will have his home in Hawiyah (pit, i.e. Hell). 9 Would that you knew what hawiya his? 10 Raging Fire. 11

True are the words of Allah the Almighty.
