Charity (Al-Maa'oon)

7 verses, revealed in Mecca after Hoarding (Al-Takaathur) before The Disbelievers (Al-Kaaferoon)

In the name of Allah, the Compassionate, the Merciful

Have you seen he who belied the Recompense? 1 Behold, it is this [kind of man] that thrusts the orphan away, 2 And urges not the feeding of AlMiskin (the poor), 3 Woe to those who pray 4 who are heedless of their prayers (delaying them from their prescribed times), 5 who show off, 6 And who withholds even common necessaries. 7

Allah the Almighty always says the truth.
