And remember Moosa in the Book; he was indeed a chosen one, and he was a Noble Messenger, a Herald of the Hidden. 51 We called out to him from the right side of the Mount, and We drew him near to Us by communing to him in secret, 52 From Our Mercy We gave him, his brother Aaron, a Prophet. 53 Commemorate Ishmael in the Book. He was true of his promise, and a messenger, a prophet. 54 And he was wont to command his household to the prayer and the poor-rate, and he was with his Lord an approved one. 55 Mention in the Book (the Quran) the story of Idris (Enoch); he was a truthful Prophet. 56 And We raised him to a lofty station. 57 These are they whom Allah hath favoured, from among the prophets, of the progeny of Adam and of them whom We bore with Nuh, and of the progeny of Ibrahim and Isra'il, and of those whom We have guided and chosen; whenever the revelations of the Compassionate were rehearsed unto them, they fell down prostrating themselves and weeping. ۩ 58 ۞ Then there succeeded them a posterity who neglected the prayers and followed lusts; so presently they shall meet with perdition. 59 but those among them who repent and become righteously striving believers will be admitted to the gardens without experiencing any injustice. 60 The gardens of perpetuity which the Beneficent Allah has promised to His servants while unseen; surely His promise shall come to pass. 61 They will not hear therein any ill speech - only [greetings of] peace - and they will have their provision therein, morning and afternoon. 62 That is Paradise which We shall give as an inheritance to those of Our servants who are godfearing. 63 (The angels will say): "(O Muhammad!) We descend not except by the command of your Lord. To Him belongs all that is before us and all that is behind us, and all that is in between. Your Lord is not forgetful in the least. 64 Lord of the heavens and the earth and all that lies between them. Therefore worship Him, and be constant in His worship. Do you know any namesake of His? 65
