And indeed We settled the Children of Israel in an honourable dwelling place (Sham and Misr), and provided them with good things, and they differed not until the knowledge came to them. Verily, Allah will judge between them on the Day of Resurrection in that in which they used to differ. 93 If you are in any doubt concerning what We have sent down to you, then question those who have read the Book before you: the Truth has come to you from your Lord, so do not be one of the doubters -- 94 And never be of those who denied the signs of Allah, for you will then be of the losers. 95 Surely those against whom the word of your Lord has proved true will not believe, 96 Even if every Sign was brought unto them,- until they see (for themselves) the penalty grievous. 97 Was there any town (community) that believed (after seeing the punishment), and its Faith (at that moment) saved it (from the punishment)? (The answer is none,) - except the people of Yunus (Jonah); when they believed, We removed from them the torment of disgrace in the life of the (present) world, and permitted them to enjoy for a while. 98 Had your Lord pleased, all the people on earth would have believed in Him, without exception. So will you compel people to become believers? 99 And it is not for a soul to believe except by permission of Allah, and He will place defilement upon those who will not use reason. 100 (Muhammad), tell them to consider that which is in the heavens and the earth. Evidence and warnings are of no avail to the disbelieving people. 101 Wait they then aught but the days of those who have passed away before them. Say thou: wait then, verily I am with you among those who wait. 102 Then, (when Allah's wrath falls upon the wicked) We save our Messengers and also those who believe.
