And indeed We settled the Children of Israel in an honourable dwelling place (Sham and Misr), and provided them with good things, and they differed not until the knowledge came to them. Verily, Allah will judge between them on the Day of Resurrection in that in which they used to differ. 93 So if you are in doubt, [O Muhammad], about that which We have revealed to you, then ask those who have been reading the Scripture before you. The truth has certainly come to you from your Lord, so never be among the doubters. 94 And you should not be of those who reject the communications of Allah, (for) then you should be one of the losers. 95 Surely those against whom the word of your Lord has been fulfilled will not believed 96 not even if every Sign were to come to them -- until they see the painful punishment. 97 Was there any town (community) that believed (after seeing the punishment), and its Faith (at that moment) saved it (from the punishment)? (The answer is none,) - except the people of Yunus (Jonah); when they believed, We removed from them the torment of disgrace in the life of the (present) world, and permitted them to enjoy for a while. 98 And had thy Lord willed, those who are on the earth would have believed, all of them, together; canst thou then compel mankind until they become believers? 99 No soul can believe, except by the will of Allah, and He will place doubt (or obscurity) on those who will not understand. 100 Say: "Behold all that is in the heavens and on earth"; but neither Signs nor Warners profit those who believe not. 101 What expect they save the like of the days of those who passed away before them? Say: Expect then! I am with you among the expectant. 102 Then (in the end) We save Our Messengers and those who believe! Thus it is incumbent upon Us to save the believers. 103
