The Shocker (Al-Qaare'ah)

11 verses, revealed in Mecca after Quraish (Quraish) before Resurrection (Al-Qeyaamah)

In the Name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful

The Calamity! 1 How awesome the sudden calamity! 2 Ah, what will convey unto thee what the Calamity is! 3 A Day whereon mankind shall become as moths scattered, 4 And the mountains will be like carded wool, 5 Then he whose scales weigh heavier 6 shall have a blissful life; 7 And for one whose scales prove light, 8 his shall be the deep pit for a dwelling. 9 And what have you understood, what the one that abases is! 10 It is a burning Fire. 11
